2016, the Swiss consulting and investment company intends to open further locations in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The company’s business development & consumer goods business will particularly benefit from this step. The Asian market is crucial in the long-term development of new markets for the company. This measure is particularly based on the Africa strategies of the Zurich Rivoli Group and will henceforth play a leading role in international venture capital, business development & management. This enables Rivoli Group AG to offer an internationally firmly anchored network and to present its customers and partners with a unique platform for opening new markets with minimal time-to-market processes.
Starting in 2017, the Asia activities will be managed by an independent subsidiary, which will be positioned according to the local corporate culture. This measure is an integral part of the risk management strategy of the Rivoli Group. At the same time, M & A activities will be outsourced to affiliated local partner companies to continue concentrating on the core business of the consulting company.
